  1. Time and money-saving tip: You can buy plain Greek yogurt in 4-serving tubs and make a giant smoothie with that and a bag of frozen fruit. Drink one smoothie for motivation while you freeze the rest into popsicles... healthy and fun for kids (I remember doing this with my mom and then sitting in front of the freezer until she said they were frozen enough). It's also a good way to make plain Greek yogurt palatable (because it's much cheaper and healthier than the flavored kind) AND popsicles make a great post-workout snack but making your own is much cheaper than buying the healthy frozen-fruit kind.
